Achieving superior levels of efficiency and quality is imperative, but technique and technology aren’t enough: we need to work on the mindset, on a new awareness open to proactive behaviours and new hard and soft abilities. Rent positions are weaker and need to be consolidated through practices and know how that look at the cultural contamination as an ingredient for a flexible and efficient business culture.
