The evolving automotive landscape, along with new customer needs and expectations, emerging technologies, and innovative products introduced to the market, has necessitated a profound revision of the Network’s organizational structures. Given the need to elevate the quality standards of its personnel across the territory, the prestigious Brand requested the design of a resource development process. This process aims to assess both the potential level of each individual entering the training program and the competencies acquired upon its completion.

To elevate the Customer Experience and align it with the quality standards of a premium brand, it was crucial to ensure that personnel embraced a customer-centric mindset. This required a higher level of engagement and a more comprehensive set of role-specific soft skills.

The program included Assessment In sessions and Certifications/Qualification Checks to enhance the skills of Dealership and Service Partner staff across the Network.
